In accordance with the regulations of the State Bank of Vietnam and NCB's policy on account opening and usage, we respectfully announce that NCB will close accounts that have had no transactions for a continuous period of 24 months or more as of April 1, 2025, and have a balance below the inactivity account maintenance fee (20,000 VND excluding VAT).
